Give marks for creativity, productivity, and quality. However, even more important than the marks are your comments. Give short, but clear comments, about the assignments (so far as they have been completed) and don't forget the portfolio!

For example:

  logo: visually pleasing, but lacks focus 
  sign: original, strong graphics
  story: well written story board
  collage: a bit chaotic, what is the message?
  essay: structere could be improved, nice examples.
  presentation: interesting, well structured
  concept: interesting
  final work: shows good craftmanship and design
  portfolio: might give better access to the work

For giving marks replace the _ character by an integral number in the range of 0 ... 10.
In case of a peer review, do not mark yourself. Just leave that line as it is.
